Can't use GPU AMD (SD Webui directml)

I actually use SD webui directml

I have intel(R) HD graphics 530 and AMD firepro W5170m.

Intel(R) HD graphics 530 (GPU 0):
GPU Memory = 7.9 GB
Shared GPU Memory =7.9 GB

AMD firepro W5170m(GPU 1):
GPU Memory = 9.9 GB
Shared GPU memory = 7.9 GB
Dedicated GPU memory = 2.0 (however when I run webui-user.bat it shows that it is using 1 GB only).

The problem is whenever I try to run SD webui or ComfyUI it tells me :
"Error occurred when executing VAEEncode:

Could not allocate tensor with 301989888 bytes. There is not enough GPU video memory available! "

Is there any way to use GPU ?!!!
