Saving images without the prompt in the filename?

As far as I'm aware there is no in-WebUI setting to save images without the prompt being in the filename. The only way to do this is by right click saving, but it would be nice if I could just press the save button and not have to manually rename the files.

Maybe I'm missing something in the settings & searching online but I can't find anything about this.
