Can't get into the UI

I can use the webui.bat file, but not the webui-user.bat, which has all the commandline args I need to actually use it.
The log was copied to a text file, since I couldn't get spoilers to work.

Can anyone figure this out, I've tried redownloading the entire venv folder, and it still doesn't work. And like I said, the webui.bat file works, I just can't generate on it, since I need the commandlie args.
EDIT: I used the webui.bat file to launch and disable all the extensions, and it worked...don't know which one it was though.
Edit...edit: I'm in, but now it generates garbled noisy images.
