Soft Inpainting error

Just tried out soft inpainting on macos and I'm getting this error:

TypeError: Cannot convert a MPS Tensor to float64 dtype as the MPS framework doesn't support float64. Please use float32 instead

I understand that 64bit isn't supported, so Is there some way I can work around this?

Same issue, here is the full error. I'm on an M2 Max and currently running a1111 1.9.3
