Forge Giving Me Trouble Trying To Run It

I was told Forge is a great way to use Automatic1111-style Stable Diffusion quicker and less taxing on an older GPU like mine. I downloaded and extracted everything. When I tried to run it, I ended up getting an error because my POS laptop doesn't have an NVIDIA GPU.
I modded the webui-user.bat file like I did to mirror the one I had on Automatic1111 originally without Forge to see if it would fix the problem.

However, when I try to launch Forge through either run.bat OR webui-user.bat, I still get the error screen I got before when I tried running Automatic1111 normally... Seeing I was told Forge isn't anywhere near as intensive or slow as normal Automatic1111, I need to turn to it so my computer doesn't take literally hours for a few pics seeing this old junkpile doesn't have NVIDIA.
