seeking help for making resadapter extension in A1111

I'm here seeking help for the resadapter extension in A1111.
Resadapter is a resolution adapter plugin for diffusion models, and it has been supported in ComfyUI. https://github.com/jiaxiangc/ComfyUI-ResAdapter
It only needs to load a lora, and load a normalization weight into the unet.
But I don't understand A1111 Webui, so I'm seeking help from the experts.
If possible, please provide me with a minimal function (just loading lora from lora_path and loading norm from norm_path).
