How do i disable the step optimization for img2img?

I dont remember what its called, and i can no longer find it on the never versions of the app. I want to disable it so it don't reduce the number of steps, aka if i pick 30 it should do 30 and not like 18 steps.

Settings > img2img > With img2img, do exactly the amount of steps the slider specifies. (normally you'd do less with less denoising) With img2img, fill transparent parts of the input image with this color.
