Where do I get this checkpoint?

I can find plenty places that mention that I have to put model.ckpt in the StableDiffusion folder, but I have no clue where to find it. Before that's where you put the files called "safetensors".

It didn't use to be this difficult to get the webui running, I had to add things to requirements, set http.postBuffer, now this and various other things.

I figure that the safetensors is the checkpoint and it's just people writing model.ckpt as a reference?
