Regarding ui.js

Prior to version 1.7, changes made to javascript/ui.js were reflected, but in version 1.9, similar changes are not being reflected.
Specifically, in the confirm_clear_prompt function, I had commented out the confirmation part before deletion to make it delete immediately, but this does not work in version 1.9.
*Even if I delete the entire ui.js code, there is no change, so is it being loaded from somewhere else?
