if you actually want to solve the issue you would want to provide concrete information like the full error logs not just a short ambiguous description

in most cases if we cannot reproduce an issue we cannot fix an issue
to help us recreate the issue then you would need to provide the maximum amount of information that you can
with webui lots of the info can be provided using the built in sysinfo export under the setting
depending on the situation you might also want to provide the image

then generally you should open an issue there
