upscaler models question: where to install ATD based models?

I'd like to try the following upscaler: https://openmodeldb.info/models/4x-RealWebPhoto-v3-atd

But it doesn't seem to be detected by A1111 when installed in /models/ESRGAN

It is a "Adaptive-Token-Dictionary" based model.

Where is the proper location to put this kind of upscaler model?

download the *.pth file
only restart a1111

but its not verifyed, error message apears
fast test, its not better than all others ...
