Unable to open Automatic1111

I installed SD many months ago, maybe even a year ago, and I decided to get back in and try it out again today.

Went to http://127.0.0.1:7860/ and I am getting a "This site can't be reached" "127.0.0.1 refused to connect." Error message.

I checked my firewall and made sure there was nothing blocking it, also made sure not to be on VPN but neither of those fix the problem. Can anyone give advice on what might be preventing me from running SD?

I figured out the issue - I needed to update webui-user.bat to contain git pull. After git updated, all was working again!
