I don't know what to do and need help. Last time I've messed around with SD was about 6 months ago. Tried starting it today, I get the error. Updated to latest hash, same error. Did a fresh install, same error.

Latest graphic drivers installed.
Win ver: Windows 10, 22H2, 19045.4529

I believe this issue is not with webui but with your network, specifically your squid proxy configuration

Huh... Well, that was very insightful. Thank you for your reply.

I did run a Google search for Squid when the first error popped up and I did see that it's related to proxy caching but it never crossed my mind. The problem was "UrbanVPN" service and their app.

I normally use ProtonVPN from time to time for bypassing Netflix restrictions as it has free nodes world wide. At one moment, Proton was acting sluggish so I opted to search for an alternative...

As soon as I uninstalled UrbanVPN, WebUI started working again. Thank you for the push I needed to jolt my brain into the right direction.
