AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'lowvram'

I am new here & I am trying to use Stable Diffusion.
But I got this "RuntimeError: Torch is not able to use GPU; add --skip-torch-cuda-test to COMMANDLINE_ARGS variable to disable this check"

SoI added it to the file.

I downloaded 2 models

But both of them gave me the same error "AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'lowvram'"

I did some searches here but still don't know how to solve it.
