An error occurred when updating

Hello.
After upgrading to 1.10.1, an error occurs and I cannot start it.
"AssertionError: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled"
I was able to run it normally with version 1.06, but if you have any advice, please let me know.

I uninstalled Touch and reinstalled Touch2.4+CD12.4, but the version of Touch displayed in the web UI is different from the one installed (touch 2.01+CPU).
I think this is the cause, but what is the problem?

I'm guessing that you install /uninstall the torch of the global packages
by default webui creates a python venv when installing packages, which means the packages are isolated from the global environment
if you want to perform modifications on the packages used by webui, you need to first activate the venv

to be honest unless you have special use cases it should be easier for you to just delete the existing venv and re-launch webui and let it auto install what it needs, by default it should auto install torch with cuda
