Custom UI Integration

Newbie question here, how difficult is it to integrate the backend / API stuff in Automatic 1111 to my own simple WEB UI?
And the URL is actually a folder on my hard drive,

is this possible?

What is React UI? is that a 3rd party UI? what about one i created myself, a html with a prompt box, generate button and maybe a result preview.
I was asked if this is doable, my quick answer was it should be possible.

One more newbie question, in the downloaded Web UI files, does it build the html from scratch? or when you call this link http://127.0.0.1:7862/ the UI is already there?

React is a javascript UI framework. However, the examples I posted there don't use any external libraries or frameworks, just plain HTML and javascript. All you need to make it work are the two files.

The interface was created using Gradio, a python web UI library.
