img2img: painting

Hello, can someone explain why there is a painting option in the img2img tab ? it used to be in the inpainting area, that I understood, but what is it doing in the img2img area?
ok ive got it it s to overpaint the picture . any chance there could be an option to pic a color of the existing image??
also an idea: a white background to draw upon :)

The color picker can select color from the image.

"why there is a painting option in the img2img tab ?" - This is very useful for making a quick sketch and run img2img on that. or just drastically change some features in an img before sending it to img2img.

Wait, this is a thing? I'm running build b34b25b (About an hour ago from this post) and I don't see any option like that in img2img. I could be blind though.

It has been, but it seems it has been removed?!

From what I can gather it was causing latency in the UI, but you can still use it if you want.

Super thnx for the find. It is very useful to be able to draw colors on the image before img2img.
