What does the blue arrow button to the right of the prompt box do?

What does this do? I assume the output picture's prompt, cfg, and other settings are put into the UI. Doesn't do this for me.

When you use the PNG info tab and drop a generated image there, it should read out the prompt and settings from that image below. Copy pasta the whole thing into the prompt box in txt2img or img2img and hit the arrow and it'll input all the parameters from it where it should be. Steps, cfg, etc. That's how it SHOULD work anyway.

You're talking about "send to txt2img" or send to img2img" I'm guessing.
That does exactly what you said. Maybe the button is a dud
