Xformers doesnt work for some users. By standard Automatics repo only supports cards of the third generation like 3080. I have an RTX 2080S and yesterday I was working over 14 hours (trying atleast 4 different guides and tutorials on how to do it) to try to get xformers running with my card and I wasnt able to

On a 960 ti and compiled xFormers, it increased my iteration time by 3 seconds instead of reducing and caused oom errors.

Running with a 1080 TI, the installation wasn't easy and i get a big help here from @C43H66N12O12S2 to get it working.

I have read the entire thread here where you was troubleshooting the issues with the installation and I followed every step in it. I also tried the rentry guide, and another guide that was posted here. When I try to generate something after applying the instructions I get the same error message as with the original xformers package from automatic.

Maybe someone can tell me what this error means... I tried everything, I cant get it to work. More than 20 hours wasted on commandlines

This method only work with diffuser, so can't work with webui, can we port this into webui?
