is it currently possible to add model name to 'Images filename pattern' ?

currently (from read me file) only "[steps], [cfg], [prompt], [prompt_no_styles], [prompt_spaces], [width], [height], [styles], [sampler], [seed], [model_hash], [prompt_words], [date], [datetime], [job_timestamp]" are supported as 'Images filename pattern' in the 'Saving images/grids' settings. But with the current situation more variables should be supported like [model_names], [hypernetworks], [embaddings], etc. Basically anything we can get from the png embeddings.

I am requesting they add a similar options, to output to the TEXT file to include the Checkpoint Model filename.
I have so many model files, if someone says "what was the prompt, I won't know which model file to tell them.
