[Feature Request] Style CSVs tied to Gradio Authentications

I noticed the launch parameters around remote access (share, listen, gradio-auth, etc) thought about how I might want to run an instance of the WebUI for a small group of friends.

While tinkering around with how I might deploy this I also noticed, however, that the Styles, stored in .\styles.csv are accessible by all users

In the event of using this WebUI in a multi-account environment, I think it would be really helpful if the Gradio authorization username determined which styles.csv the WebUI loaded so people can have different workflows without cluttering the already clunky style menu.

I knew enough on the development side to help or even know if this was possible, but either way, thanks for reading!
