How to switch models from prompt?

I tried with X/Y plot but it match prompts which has identifiers for other models.
EX: x: Checkpoint => modelhash1, modelhash2, modelhash3
y: Prompt => identifier1 person blahblahblahprompt, identifier2 person blahblahblahprompt, identifier3 person blahblahblahprompt

So what I want its to automate image generation with same prompt but different models (and dreambooth identifier, of course)
What I normally use its prompts from file/textbox so I can generate image all night when I am afk.
