Python Issues

Trying to help a friend install this on their computer, and when they try to run webui-user they get this.
They have python 3.10..6 installed. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Looks like it's looking for python in python311. Maybe he had 3.11 installed when he installed the SD webui? I think the SD webui install bat sets it. Maybe delete the SD webui folder, re-clone it, and rerun the install bat, assuming the path is set correctly in the system.
