Can I add the pt_BR localization file to the repo?

I've been making efftorts to bring stable diffusion to portuguese language speakers that have issues with other languages (like english). How can I add my localization file to the official repo?

1. fork this repo
2. upload your pt_BR.json file to the localizations folder.
3. Submit a PR
