Built with Python 3.9.13, CUDA 11.8, CUDNN 8.6, Torch 11.3+cu117, on RTX 3080Ti.

The default wheels are already built with 11.8 and cuDNN 8.6

Forgot to add, this is built with Python 3.9.13. Already edited.
No default wheels exists for this version of python.

Also, different pytorch versions does not work with each other. After upgrading to torch 11.3 which was just released today, my wheel built for 12.1 won't work.

Yeah, that's normal. I hadn't expected 13 to release so soon.
