I've been having trouble with "UnicodeDecodeError 'utf-8'" for a while until the latest update I can't open the program.
I don't know anything about programming and I don't know where to fix it.
"UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x9c in position 2: invalid start byte in METADATA file at path: g:\cd\stable-diffusion-webui\venv\lib\site-packages\MarkupSafe-2.1.1.dist-info\METADATA"
This is the problem I'm facing. Can someone help me?
