Using a specific amount of steps in specific frame times

Hey yall
I was working on an animation and came across something, what if there's a textbox where we can use a specific amount of steps in a frame as we do for cfg_strenght, that would help in most cases where you want steps value to change much in a frame, and after some frames you want it to be subtle.
I hope you guys get what I'm saying.
