Animation gets blured after first frame or so

Hello everyone,
I'm using a INIT image same seed and every little setting
When I push down the value of strength_schedule it changes so many things in the transition but everything is crisp and clear, but when i bump it up to close to 1 , the transition in zooming out, everything is so blurred out here is example shown below.

strength_schedule value at .5

strength_schedule at .86

I want things not to change alot but also the quality crisp,
Using 100 steps in main Deforum "run" tab.
