Upscaling got way slower as it was. Is it only me?

I am noticing so real slow down when upscaling images since few commits.
Ie. 960x640 4 upscale remacri + 20% BSRGAN take infinity in batch...
Just reported as #4239
Have you also notice such performance impact?
