Extension - Randomize txt2img generation params

I've made an extension that will randomize generation params for txt2img. I know something like this existed as a script in the past, but it meant you couldn't run it with any other scripts. This one should work with wildcards or any other extension that runs for everything by default. More details in the README on the repo.
