Tooltips or notes for checkpoints

Hi.

Would it be feasable to add a functionality for tooltips or a box for comments/notes to acompany the various cheackpoints that you add in the /models/stable diffusion folder?

E.g. When you add this model: https://huggingface.co/Fictiverse/Stable_Diffusion_PaperCut_Model and it's avilable in the dropdown list it would be useful to have this kind of info available:

Paper Cut model V1
This is the fine-tuned Stable Diffusion model trained on Paper Cut images.
