Image style keeps hanging around ...

This might be a stupid comment, or observation, but i have the feeling that the previous prompts style keeps hanging around for awhile. Is it possible that the model need to be purged or am i just imagining. ?
I can provide examples - Not that i ever made a nude image of course - but sometimes prompt generate nudes very unexpected. Thats not the only thing, styles and others as well, but i guess nudes har rather easy to spot. :-) Anyway it's just a thought. :-)

I don't know for txt2img, but I've definitely seen it with inpaint.
I tried to inpaint hands to a character only for it to behave weirdly like the input prompt was something else entirely, until I restarted the program..
