Telegram or Discord bot to upload output folder

I'm looking for a bot for Discord or Telegram that watch a local windows 10 output folder and soon as a image is generated, its sent to a discord o telegram private channel, Anyone knows or can point me to where to find this? And no, I'm not talking a /dream or !dale bot to generate prompts remotely, I'm looking more like an automatic upload bot

I think I typed something specific like, "discord bot auto upload images from folder" 😅.
Probably because I use Google a lot to search for these types of things, so it personalized my results better. Hope it works well for you!

what is different of my search is "auto-upload" I was searching more like "backup" :P
it works for my purposes, I wanted to back up all the output folder, this just upload new files, but changed my creation dates on the files and started working. Now I'll try to attach the prompts and settings to the images message to keep it organized. If you run across something like that, let me know.

https://github.com/Ju1-js/discord-webhook Ju1-js has being working on this for a week or two should be ready for use relatively soon? They seem to be putting some effort into making it more fleshed out rather than bare bones too!

I'm going to keep an eye on this project, maybe is better to have it integrated directly on web-ui than running on a separate server, thank you very much
