Add a delete run button to txt2img UI

After amassing hundreds of thousands of images, 98% complete dross, I would like to see a delete run button so as to conserve disk space and maximize the amount of worth while images generated for txt2img.

It could be as simple as causing the images displayed in the normal UI after generation
or moving them to a trash folder for later disposal.

I don't think it worth while to delete on a per image level as that would be nearly as tedious as combing through my folders doing the same thing.

Currently I think a button to the right of the Generate button would be ideal and colored red or a kind yellow (so as not to bleach the eyes.) with an alert that is checkable to warn you. I say checkable as I'd like to turn off the alert if so desired and just complete the function.

I do think a indication that the action was taken is important, Which could be simply changing the color of the button and disabling said button.

Settings > Uncheck "Always save all generated images" ? And only save the ones you like?

I'll give it a try, I'm guessing this is where the save button comes in. I've never used this option so thank you for pointing it out, I'll give it a try

Nope doesn't seem to handle batches of images well at all. I get indexError: List index out of range for starts and it goes down hill from there.
I also tried using the save button on a single image and it just gives me a download link. Which I can download the file, however it's sure to be problematic compared with the idea I presented.
Thanks for pointing out the always save option in settings, but currently it doesn't work as mentioned when handling batches of images.

Remember to apply settings after you select the option in settings. Im not presenting the same issue as you have right now, mine is doing the job, I only save to my hard drive the images that I save.

Maybe try reinstalling the UI... some times it fixes issues.
