So what? I can write an app that keeps popping up "This app is too busy, try again later." /s

Anyone has actual side by side comparisons? I'm wondering if this is a generational jump or just a "People like our stuff, we're going to do a slightly better version and give it a major patch number. (I know it's a breaking change, but is it worthy of being a breaking change)
