model token identifier list or extractor?

During this time I have found and accumulated various models, and now many times I forget how to activate them, some use style, other just "Modelname" but I find myself always looking for these tokens and some cases, can't find the source from where I found them, anyone know a way, extension or script that extract or organize this token from downloaded models and embeddings?
