Incorrect diffusers version for Dreambooth

To be fair, all dreambooth related issues should not be posted here. Not everyone here uses it, and you will get inaccutate/limited help.

For example, this repo does not use diffusers at all, yet you have issue with its version.

My first thought was where to post it I have no idea, If I knew where to post it I would have. I tried transferring this to another but it says there aren't any eligible repositories matching Dreambooh.
