Include Checkpoint Model Filename in TEXT & add Save Default Resolution button per model.

suggestion, add --> [ x ] Include Checkpoint Model Filename.

Also would be really cool,
to allow us to save the default resolution of 768x768 for the new Stable Diffusion 2.0 and 2.1 Checkpoint files,
and default to 512 x 512 for others.

(It's best if we can manually save it, since I like to rename some of my model files
or if the filename includes "512" then make it 512x512 and if it includes "768" then make it 768x768.)
