Make LORA dreambooth models usable in webui without merging with models, i.e. applying like a hypernetwork

Trained dreambooth LORA models are only a couple MBs in size, and require merging with model to use, which is quite inconvinient. If there is an ability to apply them without merging, i think it should be a feature in webui.

There is some kind of implementation of this feature here https://github.com/kohya-ss/sd-webui-additional-networks
Unfortunately, it does not support LORA models generated via dreambooth extenstion. Only works on LORA models created with https://github.com/kohya-ss/sd-scripts.
