VAE dropdown on txt to image page

not sure how hard this would be but it would be great if instead of having the VAE selection in the settings if it was just at the top of the txt2img/img2img page next to the model drop down.

Just go to settings -> user interface panel: Quicksettings list and add sd_vae parameter
My Quicksettings look like this: "sd_model_checkpoint, sd_vae, sd_hypernetwork, sd_hypernetwork_strength, CLIP_stop_at_last_layers"
