Update Russian localization

Hi, I turned old Russian localization into an extension, corrected some inaccuracies and updated most missing keys. Repository:

Also, some suggest including the script in README into Localization.md.

if you want this,

go to the extensions tab > available > untick localization > install ru_RU localization > settings tab > click top right refresh icon in localization and select it > click apply settings > go to extensions > apply and restart webui
