How do I use WebUI with SD 2.0 or 2.1?

I am stumped and lost and frustrated. It is obviously possible to do this because I see downstream questions about training on 2.1, but I cannot even get it to start.

I cannot find any information anywhere on how to accomplish this.

My installation insists on loading v1-inference.yaml and only v1-inference.yaml. I cannot locate any configuration files to tell it otherwise. I could also not find any mention anywhere of args during launch to tell it to look somewhere. It is demoralizing...

The yaml file has to have the same name as the checkpoint file.
