Img2Img/SD Upscale is now giving me tiled images! Help

I use the Img2Img/SD Upscale to upscale my images. But when I use it now, my images end up tiled like this below!

You should use very low denoise ~0.2 with SD upscaler.
Or you can try my upscaler with 0.35-0.45 denoise and half-tile seam fix
