About Regionalization of Wiki

We would like to make our Wiki i18n compliant.
I thought about cloning from the wiki and following it in my repository, but I found it difficult to do so.

I was looking at some repositories and found one that looked good, so I was wondering if this would be a good way to do it.

Once I clone and look at it, it seems to be like wikiroot/locale/ja-JP

It may take a little more work, but I personally thought it looked good.
What do you think?
