Revert some of the recent live preview changes(interrupt buttons need close proximity to preview)

A couple things about the recent rework of the live preview:

1. On mobile, the interrupt and skip buttons within close visible proximity to the live preview is a feature. This lets you discard a current unfavorable generation without scrolling. After the rework, the interrupt/skip buttons are scrolls away from the live preview. It used to be that the live preview was right under the interrupt controls. This feels like a regression.

2. The old live preview did not replace the browser from the last generated batch. On mobile, this was nice to set up a new batch of generations which could be monitored in the live preview while also reviewing the prior batch results in the results view.
