[New Extension] Image editing tool

I wrote a image editing tool which can blend images, get sketch from image, edit coloring, blur an image.
And you can use it to make some cool effect with i2i.

get sketch (run XDoG in 3 channels and doesn't clip value into 0/1 only):

blend it with original img and blurry img:

And then use it to do i2i:

change some color:
