Can't get it to install.

No matter what I do I can't get anything to work. I did just what the instructions said, and I clicked the webui user.sh file, it opens and then immediately closes. So I try the batch file. It opens cmd and just says

and then never progresses beyond this point.
I tried DOZENS of things without understanding exactly what or why other than it was mentioned by someone else in these threads, but same result every time.

how much ram does your pc have? you may have to wait 30min or an hour to install torch.

(also you only need to double-click webui-user.bat, .sh files is for linux or mac)

torch alone is about 2GB file size so you have to wait for that to download and then install. It kinda takes time.
