The Significantly Increased RAM of Google Colab

Anybody know why the RAM of Google Colab increase like the picture below?

This just happênd when I useed Protogen or A lot of Models in the same time, but I just only used Pruned Version of Anything V3.0 and its VAES:

And it create new copy model instead of using the one I download:

Is this because of Google Colab or new merge have done this?

This is also a problem on Paperspace. That platform has 30 GB of system ram, but even that vanishes real quick if you switch models a few times. The lack of people discussing this issue is a bit disappointing, as it's a very real memory leak issue, that doesn't just affect one platform.
