Does there exist a way to run webui with just API mode, but also for it to create the gradio tunnel to use in colab?

I want to run webui API on colab, but can't figure out what combination of flags in order to see if I can get a gradio link to the api? I try with 'python launch.py --share --api --nowebui --xformers' and I do not get a gradio link.
