Consistent way to open and close extra networks view

Now the way to open extra networks view isn't very intuitive.

A. When you open it, you'll have to find the button from quite unexpected location, I've seen several people as where the button is on Reddit for example:

THB, I never touch these other buttons, except I've now accidentally pressed the trashcan icon when trying to open extra networks view.

B. Closing the view can be done (in addition to pressing card symbol again) from here:

So why not make some button / collapsible area that can be opened and closed in one place? I marked the area that I was thinking as the first possible location where I would place it.

Edit:

IMHO I'd rather also have a box that has a limited size, and you would have to scroll to browse all items if there are many. I think I have 500+ tests and whatever in embeddings folder, so the main UI gets pushed down so far, that I'll have to close it before continuing every time, not possible to keep extra networks view open all the time.
